International Licensing

Dark Horse has one of the finest sub-licensing programs in the comics industry. For almost twenty years we have been providing publishers around the world the ability to print comics, graphic novels and art books in their native languages. We have granted rights to over 60 international publishers. One can find our publications in over 20 different languages.

The vast majority of our books are available to be sub-licensed. You can find Frank Miller’s 300 in Greece, Aliens in Argentina, Black Beetle in Italy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer in France, Conan in Brazil, Creepy in Norway, Dragon Age in Russia, The Goon in Czech Republic, Hellboy in Japan, Mass Effect in Spain, Sin City in China, The Strain in Mexico, Tarzan in Portugal, Tomb Raider in Germany, Umbrella Academy in Turkey and many many more books in native languages.
