I found this OS back in 2014, and have checked on it time and again since then. After some weeks with this I am VERY disappointed, here's why: 1 - Their updater is broken, because it does not point to any active downloads, though they do exist here; 2 - There is no OTHER practical way to get the updates; 3 - Until this is fixed, a bunch of stuff that this OS claims to have onboard...isn't; 4 - They do not answer emails asking for help; 5 - Their domains have changed causing much confusion. For example, [email protected] bounces as that domain is no more. Offering such a huge OS without being reachable, and with even its biggest download here installing WITHOUT needed components for it to be complete thus NEEDING the broken update - is very disappointing.

Really liked the concepts...radically different from normal distributions. Needs to be seen how long it remains supported. One off distro normally remain for sometime and then vanish. Size was a put off for me...but torrents have been made available today. One more nice thing is video documentation...really comprehensive on Youtube channel.

Awesome Implementation. I am using it in office...all tools for software development already enabled. Please include OPENLDAP Authentication also for corporate environment.

Best LINUX for beginners.Migrated from windows since 2 months and was struggling till i found this wonderful piece of art. better than ubuntu windows and mac gimp krita and blender all three in there.

The most critical feature of this distro is KERNEL AUTOMATED UPDATES!! this is near about impossible to install and maintain or upgrade for normal users in other mainline distributions including big names like UBUNTU!!! most linux are on 4.15 series...which is absent on kernel.org and 4.16 is also EOL now...but PrathamOS is 4.17.3 !!! Way to go guys.keep up the good work.feeling the power of simplicity cheers kevin

Saved My Day!! perfect linux for workplace. java, dotnet, python, scala, ruby, R all works out of the box. apache2 and nginx are also there and so is php. Can you please provide MEAN stack... And SAP Client. Thanks Govind

This Distro has android x86 natively installed... installation is amazing...kind of tries to emulate cortana.. windows applications can also be run because of inbuilt Wine app.. download size is a bit high. surprisingly less information available on the web for this wonderful software.
