Germain Lussier

A graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a degree in Cinema Studies and Journalism, Germain Lussier has been with io9 and Gizmodo since 2015. Before that, he was at Slashfilm, Collider, Premiere, and Entertainment Weekly. While working at a newspaper called the Times Herald-Record, he won multiple New York State AP awards for his film criticism. At io9, Germain not only reviews movies, but covers all things pop culture. If it's big and geeky, he's your guy. He's also a passionate collector, with a legendary pop culture poster and art collection to go along with plenty of Star Wars and Lego. Lussier is originally from New York but now resides in Los Angeles.
