What are you trying to accomplish?

Fix opaque background artefact behind banners on pages using Turbo Streams to update flash messages (e.g. Project Status section on Project Settings > Information page).

What approach did you choose and why?

Merge checklist

  • Added/updated tests
  • Added/updated documentation in Lookbook (patterns, previews, etc)
  • Tested major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, ...)

This results in an opaque background being displayed over content when
multiple banners are rendered on a page, e.g. when updating Project
Status on the Project Settings > Information page more than once, and in
quick succession.

This reverts commit e458b35.
