Add comprehensive tests for BitSet/ClearAll functionality and I/O error cases. Implement failing writer/reader types to simulate serialization failures. Fix unchecked error in test setup and resolve formatting inconsistencies. Improves test coverage from 96.3% to 99.3% for the pkg. Signed-off-by: Ville Vesilehto <[email protected]>
