This is part of the Kotiln Multiplatform plugin. Lets wait until after Kotlin Conf, since not a lot of people are aware of this plugin, yet. |

We're waiting for the plugin to become available on other platforms (Linux, Windows) as well. |

With the update, the "run" option in IDEA's gutter no longer enables hot reload. Instead, use the "Run with Compose Hot Reload" option.
