Something Changed with XOi
The system is great except something has recently changed and getting to the approve button after auto generate has become a challenge and makes it difficult to even finish the work flow. Have tried multiple ways to correct. The text size isn’t the issue. The button is there but at times unable to get down to hit it and then it wipes out all of the auto generate and have to redo it and hope for the best.
Used to be okay
Something changed on the app and now you have to specifically click on the “+” symbol to add notes, pictures, etc. Before, you used to be able to click anywhere on the specified field and were able to add picture and notes. Tremendously slows down the workflow! Cause you have to aim and click on a precise location. Please revert this back! Thanks.
Great App!
This is the best tool I have used in my 15 years in the HVAC industry. The customizable features in the app wotks perfectly for me. The app captures a lot of useful information for my customer and myself. and the support I have received has been second to none.
