The CID 1952 diagnostic code is associated with the inclination sensor that is

202 -0101
used for tool automation features. This sensor replaces the CID 2110 component

when certain features are installed. The CID 1952 sensor has more capability and

The diagnostic code is recorded when the ECM detects that the data from the
sensor is not reliable.

Possible Causes for an FMI 2 diagnostic code are:

Sensor mounting is not secure

The sensor has failed

Sensor vibration/shock limits have been exceeded

The diagnostic code is recorded when the ECM does not receive the expected
information from the sensor over the (CAN) data link.

Possible Causes for an FMI 9 diagnostic code are:

Troubleshooting Procedure

Note: Prior to beginning this procedure, inspect the harness connectors that are
involved in this circuit. Poor connections can often be the cause of a problem in
an electrical circuit. Verify that all connections in the circuit are clean, secure, and
in good condition. If a problem with a connection is found, correct the problem
and verify that the diagnostic code is active before performing a troubleshooting
procedure. For sensors powered via the fuse panel, check the condition of the
appropriate fuse before beginning the troubleshooting procedure.

Note: If a sensor is replaced, calibration is required.
