The Hands on Lab Workshop event at Pohang at June 7 was a successful event with 15-17 participants!
@paperbox conducted most of the tutorials including:
- Setting up Ubuntu with WSL, Multipass or fresh install on laptop
- Setting up web frontend dev environment inside the Ubuntu installed before then testing the sample app
- Installing Rockcraft then working with rockcraft.yaml to containerize the web frontend app
- Build a web frontend rock then run it with docker.
Then me(@sukso96100), @choo121600 and Giyeon Bang assisted the tutorial by helping out attendees have some difficulties following the instructions.
Attendees (Students from Handong University mostly) followed the instructions very well and most of them managed to run a rock during the event.
Thanks to @paperbox for preparing the event as well as Handong University, and Pohang city for sponsoring the venue and connecting local people and also help with spreading out words about the event!
