Here is Lubuntu 24.04.
I want use Lubuntu OS menu and softwares in language english ENG_US and locale settings ( hours, currency and units) portuguese brasil PT-BR.
However when selecting locale PT-BR is changed the OS language to PT-BR.
Is possible use locale PT-BR and OS languague to ENG-US ?
Have an nice day.
Go to Preferences >> LXQt Settings >> Locale
Leave Region as US English and change the settings below it to what you want.
Close and reboot.
Your locale preferences should be as you want now.
