I need a change to a title.

No need to flag.
We are friendlier than that.
Try simply specifying the preferred edit in your topic:
“Say, @moderators, can you please change this topic’s title to LMNOP? Thanks!”

You can simply click the X (or hit Esc) to close that warning, and then proceed. You should be able to ping the @moderators team despite the warning.
Or you can skip the ‘@’. It will take jut a bit longer for a moderator to see it.
Or you can click on my avatar, select ‘message’, and email me which topic you are referring to and what you would like changed.
Or you can click on YOUR avatar in the top right corner, select email, and send a message to the whole @moderators group. Or just to me.
Many choices, we do try to make things easy.
