 UltraTech Cement Limited is an
Indian multinational cement
company based in Mumbai. It is
the largest manufacturer of grey
cement, ready-mix concrete
(RMC) and white cement in India
and 5th largest around the globe
with an installed capacity of
151.90 million tonnes per annum
and 105.71 million tonnes per
annum sales volume

It is India’s biggest cement company.
It is the largest exporter of cement clinkers.
It is a part of the prestigious Aditya Birla Group that helps the brand.
STREN It has an annual capacity of 60+ millions tones.
GHTS • UltraTech accounts to about 30% of the total Indian Exports.

Although UltraTech provides various other construction products and services, but the brand is associated with Cement only, so it has to work on
positioning the brand as a construction materials brand, which can be achieved by implementing branding activities.
WEAK It is not operating /exporting in US market which is a huge market for Cement industry.

Products
 1)Ultratech Weather Pro – it is a waterproofing
liquid system which improves properties of plaster,
mortar and concrete .
 2)Ultratech Weather Pro(Flex) – It’s a two
component, cement and styrene acrylic polymer-
based. It is a flexible waterproofing coating and
consists of high quality additives and fillers.
 3)Ultratech Weather Pro(High-Flex) – same
components as weather pro flex but with a
elastomeric coating.
Tile Adhesive

1)Ultratech Tilefixo CT – it is used on mass flooring requirements


on concrete material.

2)Ultratech Tilefixo VT – it can be used on both floors and walls


for putting up tiles.

3)Ultratech Tilefixo NT – it is a adhesive used for large size


natural stone like varities of granite and other stones.

4)Ultratech Tilefixo YT – it is a premium white cement based


polymer modified tike adhesive for Italian and Indian marble.
Plasters

 1)Ultratech Readiplast RP – it is a ready mix cement plaster which renders


with high quality polymer additives, well graded sand and fillers for manual
plastering.

 2)Ultratech Super Stucco – it is a thin self curing plaster with high quality
polymer additives.

1)Ultratech Microkrete – it is used for micro concreting and 2)Ultratech Basekrete – used for thicker plasters, for external
jacketing applications of column, beams and concrete state and internal areas which demands high strength. Ideal for
repair. Ideal for fast and durable repairs. swimming pool, water tanks, foundation areas and basements.
Flooring Screeds

1)Ultratech Floorkrete – it is suitable for terrace areas and for final levelling
screed over water proofing coats.
Industrial
Precision/Grout
 1)Ultratech Power Grout NS1 – design
strength of 100Mpa. It is a material used for
strong rooms and vaults.
 2)Ultratech Power Grout NS2 – design
strength 80MPa. Used in shear bond beams
and used for manufacturing of high strength
pavers and blocks.
 3)Ultratech Power Grout NS3 – design
strength 60MPa. It is used for micro piles
and pile caps and for fixing rails and
anchors.
 4)Ultratech Power Grout PGM – used for
filling tile rod holes and slit holes.
 1)Ultratech Fixoblock - is a versatile thin
jointing material for thin bed applications of 3
mm. This mortar is specially designed to
provide stronger, durable bonding between the
blocks with optimum adhesive strength.

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block

 1)Ultratech Extralite - is a Light weight Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block. It


is manufactured through the reaction of the rising agent on a proportionate
blend of lime, cement and flyash.
