La TMAR, TIR y el VPN, son términos que tienen una relación
muy cercana entre sí, con estos se muestra el caso especial de
análisis donde sólo intervienen costos y los resultados se
expresarán en forma de flujos anualizados.

Estos términos son utilizados para la realización de análisis sobre

si ¿es conveniente hacer una inversión?, como sabemos todo
inversionista, espera que al invertir su dinero esto le genere algún
tipo de ganancia, por lo tanto, debe contar con técnicas de análisis
que le permitan cuantificar si, con determinada inversión y
ganancias probables, en realidad ganará la tasa que él ha fijado
como mínima para tomar la decisión de hacer la inversión.
