Admin Driver App Enhancements
• The driver should update the order status as they progress through different stages:
o Going to Store (When the driver starts heading to the pickup location)
o Picked from Store (When the order is collected from the pickup point)
o On the Way to Customer Location (When the driver starts moving towards the drop-off
location)
• If the driver does not pick up the order, they must provide a reason for the failure to pick up.
2. Delivery Verification
• Upon delivery, the system should require OTP verification from the customer to confirm
successful delivery.
• If an OTP system is not feasible, an alternative proof of delivery method (such as a signature or
photo upload) should be implemented.
Once the driver picks up an order, the order details should include:
• Customer Query & WhatsApp Support Button – The driver should have quick access to support
for any urgent issues.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) Amount to Collect – Clearly display the amount the driver must collect
from the customer.
• Pickup & Drop-off Location Details – Provide clear and structured information on both locations.
• The driver app should include a "Navigate" button that directly opens Google Maps with the
pickup/drop location pre-filled.
• The Driver App must be a native app (not a web-based or hybrid app).
