Dear Steve

We wish to submit an original research article entitled “Exploring the Employment Experiences
of Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Corporate Environments” for
consideration by Taylor & Francis.

We confirm that this work is original and has not been published elsewhere, nor is it currently
under consideration for publication elsewhere.

In this paper, we show that individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often face
significant challenges in corporate environments, particularly in social communication and
accessing adequate workplace accommodations. This is significant in these relevant times as
many corporate companies hire individuals with ASD to meet their inclusivity and diversity
needs.

This manuscript is appropriate for publication by Taylor & Francis because it provides
academics with a credible platform to reach both specialized and interdisciplinary audiences,
enhancing the visibility and impact of their work.

The thematic analysis of the review highlighted the need for more personalized accommodations
and better awareness among coworkers and management. These findings suggest that improving
inclusivity and support in the workplace can significantly enhance job satisfaction and
psychological well-being for individuals with ASD.

Despite some positive experiences with structured support systems, many participants reported
feelings of exclusion and stress due to inadequate understanding from employers. The study
concludes that tailored workplace accommodations and increased awareness are crucial for
improving the job satisfaction and well-being of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD). Implementing these changes can foster more inclusive and supportive corporate
environments, benefiting employees with ASD and their employers.

We have no conflicts of interest to disclose
