Laser Hardening
Same laser optics can be utilized for laser hardening,
to achieve highly precise hardened depth

Spray & Fuse

It is conventional method of hardfacing the powder on
the substrate and fusing is done with induction
method

Composite Rod / PDC Brazing

Crushed Tungsten carbide brazed with tinning rod
and PDC/TC inserts brazing done with nickel/silver
alloy

Arc / MIG / TIG Welding

These are the basic welding processed to accommodate regular and heavy
fabrication generally used for basket, skids, customized equipments
Special Process Capabilities:
Zn/Mn Phosphating
Having capacity up to 3mtr length for both zinc and
manganese phosphating

Shot Peening
Different types of shots are available along with
glass/ceramic shots for decontamination

Gas/Liquid Nitriding
Tie up with a company who has globally approved set
up for nitriding

Hard chrome & Copper plating

Having capacity up to 6mtr length, along with buffing
and polishing set up

Carburizing
It is the surface treatment process to enhance the
