Read the case given below and answer the questions that follow.
John is a 56 year old man and reports of contaminating his hands by touching door –
knobs, fences, windows etc. He washes his hands after touching anything. His condition
is becoming severe day by day and sometimes keeps washing his hand until the soap
finishes. His hands are dry and cracked and this is affecting his work and relationships.
