APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 498 CR.P.

C FOR PRE-ARREST BAIL

Respectfully Sheweth:

1. That the petitioner has been implicated in a case the particulars of which have in detail
been disclosed above.

2. That the allegations leveled against the petitioner are false and the petitioner has been
roped in the case with mala fide intention and ulterior motive.

3. That local police is out to arrest the petitioner thus virtual restrain has been put on the
petitioner’s movements hence he is constrained to file the pre-arrest bail application.

4. That the offenses alleged against the petitioner do not fall within prohibitory clause of
section 497 Cr.P.C.

5. That the petitioner is a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan his arrest at the hands of the
police in the case will cause humiliation without any fault attributable to him.

6. That the petitioner is ready to join investigation of the case as and when required.

7. That the petitioner is ready to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to
admit the petitioner to pre-arrest bail till final disposal of the case against him.
