Good afternoon Chaps

Well if that was any indication of what is to come I believe we three will be
very happy boys by Christmas.

The first and last names on the list below could not be contacted but the
remaining three were very good to say the least.

My approach is to explain that we are agents who specialise in investment


homes (we are not marketers) and so we do not push the
builder/developers for ridiculous commissions like $40,000, or $50,000
because the valuations just don’t stack up and then we all lose.

I explain we are on a flat rate in “most cases” of $20,000 which we usually


split with other agents under a conjunction agreement. So we have
decided to do the same agreement as a referral to other professionals, not
just agents.

I explain our point of difference with Existing suburbs and New Homes
plus the lower commission equates to good valuations meaning we get
the deals through.

These guys all love this as they would have lost deals with greedy
marketers who stack $40,000 and $50,000 commissions which means
everybody loses.
