1. Document Verification for the post of Junior Clerk cum Typist of 1 employee (details
given below ) will be held on 25-02-2021 @10.00 hrs. at the office of Railway
Recruitment Cell, Western Railway, Grant Road, Mumbai.

2. Employee is advised to bring all original documents and 1 set of self attested Xerox
copies reg. Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Caste certificate etc. along with 2
sets of Passport size , counter foil of call letter of CBT / Typing test and also advised
to bring “ Relieving Letter “ from respective Unit Incharge to attend Document
Verification.
3. Merely being called for Document Verification does not confer any right for
appointment to the notified posts.
4. While due care has been taken in preparing in the result, in case of any inadvertent
error/s is noticed at any stage RRC-Western Railway reserves the right to rectify it at
later stage of selection procedure.

5. RRC-Western Railway reserves the right to declare any employee unsuccessful or


delete his/ her name from the notified result /panel at any stage of the selection
procedure, if any discrepancy or malpractices is noticed or brought to the notice of
RRC at any stage. The decision of RRC in the matter shall be final.

6. For any legal dispute the jurisdiction will be Hon’ble CAT – Mumbai Bench / High
Court –Mumbai.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IN VIEW OF COVID-19

 Employee has to follow the SOPs as per existing guidelines issued by the Maharashtra
Government from time to time for their DV at Mumbai
 Employee must wear Face Mask and carry Hand Sanitizer.
 Employee must maintain physical distancing at all times.
