providing uptime report in weekly basis.
Installing different types of OS by using smart start CD through iLO.
Providing the health report of the Servers in regular basis to the customer.
Collecting HW logs using inbound and outbound methods.
Logging case with different vendors like HP, IBM, to resolve any hardware failures in different model
servers.

Knows basics about VMware ESX platform (VSphere 5/ 5.1 and 6)
Configuring and managing of ESX Servers, VMware Virtual Centers as per the Customer
