a) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
b) Create derivative works based on the Software
c) Copy the Software except as expressly permitted
d) Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer rights to the Software
e) Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software

## 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 The Software, including but not limited to source code, graphics, documentation, and data, is
protected by intellectual property laws and treaties.

4.2 Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with
Licensor.

## 5. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

5.1 The Software may collect and transmit data necessary for its core functionality.

5.2 All data collection and processing shall comply with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy
Policy.
