Classroom Management Assignment
How can you as a teacher use Classroom leadership practice to have good inclusive behavior?
As a classroom teacher sponsoring the 6 th grade class, I will be able to provide awareness and
sensitize students towards class leadership. Upon delivery information of the class leadership
campaign, I will make sure that all student gets involve in the class leadership process. There
will be criteria set up to meet the objectives of the election process. Criteria will include but
not limited to:
1. Student’s class attendance
2. Student’s good morals
3. Student must a member of the class

The criteria will be set up along with the students so as to create standard for classroom
management in order to avoid noisy atmosphere during instructional time. Desire student
who want to run as president, will always point out student who made cause noise during
class time.

Election processes will be announced to all students to allow them participate, considering
the physically challenge students within the classroom. The leadership elected will be able to
aid the teacher to manage the class during his/her present or absent.

When Leaders are given the opportunity to lead, they lead with passion. Students understand
their colleagues very much and find it necessary to interact with one another during these
processes.

I am sponsoring 40 students in the classroom at the Liberian Youth Christian Foundation


School System. During our class leadership process, we had a boy in wheel chair who won
the election during the electoral process. His friends respected him so much that whenever he
speaks or made proposal towards class events, everyone obey his order. Johnson Flomo
became to control the classroom during my absent. He even explains their notes whenever
they needed clear understanding for a new topic.

During instructional time, President Flomo will give instruction to his secretary to put noise
maker name down as soon as he hears noise in the classroom. The 6 th grade became one of
the disciplines class within the whole school. He was the principles of good behaviors to his
colleagues.

I went further to check his background, who were his parents? The community he lives and
his associates were all good. Such a person represents a leadership principles and he had a
good leadership styles.

At the end of the school year, my class carries the best award for academic 2023 – 2024.
