Enrolment 2024 is through https://nis.bisag-n.gov.

in/nis/

Step 1 – Save photos of new cadets into a folder in the computer. Rename the photos with the name
of the cadets.

Step 2 – Take a print out of a single pdf of four certificates in one page (as given through previous
message) and get it signed by Cadet, Medical Officer, Parent, ANO and Principal.
(OR)

Step 3 – Scan these PAGES and rename them with the name of the cadets and save it in the folder.
NOW YOU ARE READY FOR DATA ENTRY INTO NIS (National Integrated Software of NCC)

Open the above link.

-Click on Cadet Register on left side


--> If you're not registered with DigiLocker then opt for CLICK HERE option at the bottom of the
displayed window

-->Cadets number--- Get OTP--- Enter OTP


-->Fill in Name, Mobile, Gender, DoB, Password

Remember Username is the Mobile number & password is what you have filled

A new cadet user Id for login has been created now.

--> Enter the Username and Password and proceed as below

--> In case the widow has closed for some reason or other then go to https://nis.bisag-n.gov.in/nis/ )
and click Login.
--> Enter the Cadet’s mobile number as Username and the password

Forgot password option there to recreate Password

--> You are logged in now as the cadet

--> Click ENROLLMENT-FORM

--> Upload photo and enter all the details

--> Enter correct PIN Code .


--> Ensure that all details are Filled & Correct or not .

--> Click on Submit button.

The form form has now been forwarded on the ANO portal.

Step 4 – Open ANO/CTO Account

--> Check that all details of the cadet are Filled & Correct or not

--> Approve enrolment application submitted on ANO portal


Approval by ANO

Go to https://nis.bisag-n.gov.in/nis/ and click Login.

--> Login into ANO ID using Username and the password created created by the unit

--> Enter OTP

--> You are logged in now as the ANO

--> Click on CDT ENROLLMENT FORM

--> open Received form


--> Check correctness of data filled

--> Forward or Reject the form

Enrolment form on approval by ANO has now been forwarded to CO portal and on approval by CO
the regimental number will be generated
