Bagaimana prosedur troubleshootings PLC S7 400 CPU416-2DP, terkait masalah


semua led CPU Blink (CPU Crash).

Bismillah,

Indikasi awal terjadinya fault,

Aw al t erjadinya fault ,

- Indikat or LED EXTF menyala Int ermit ant , selang beberapa saat LED EXTF M enyala dan
LED BUS2F menyala,
- Terlihat indikat or alarm message di HM I OP270 10 Inc, profibus fault di node address
14 .

Fault berikut nya selang beberapa menit , muncul indikasi sbb :


Indikat or berikut nya :
- Terlihat semua LED CPU 416-2 DP menyala Blinking,
- Int erface M odule I/ O used ET200M , t erlihat LED SF menyala,
- Tampak di Display Screen HM I t idak ada pembacaan value (######) .
Troubleshoot ingnya sbb :

1. Check Error di M odule Information CPU 416-2DP, lakukan prosedur M onit or Online.

Sudah dilakukan prosedur online menggunakan Simatic Field PG M V6.1.2 , menggunakan


Int erface cable M PI (CP5611) . Hasilnya t idak bisa connect ,

2. Lakukan prosedur M RES memori CPU416-2DP, berikut langkahnya :

- Pindahkan sw it ch mode dari st at us RUN ke St at us M RES (Tahan hingga beberapa saat ),


sampai t erlihat LED RUN menyala blinking.
- Jika cara t ersebut t idak berhasil, lakukan prosedur memat ikan Pow er Supplai dengan
memindahkan Sw it ch dari Posisi Sw it ch ON (1) ke Posisi Sw it ch Off, set elah it u nyalakan
kembali.

- Tampak t erlihat CPU Sw it ch M ode Run, Led RUN M enyala.


3. Set elah kondisi sepert i ini, lakukan prosedur Dow nload Tot ally (Past ikan Back Up PLC
project Paling Updat ed) Berikut langkahnya ,
- Prepare Lapt op Lat it ude D630 w it h Inst all Simat ic M anager V5.5 SP1 + Pro t ool / Pro CS
V6.0 SP 3, + WinCC Flexible Advanced + Driver PC Adapt er USB A2.
- M enggunakan PC Adapt er USB A2, Set t ing PG/ PC di PC Adapt er USB A2 (Aut o),
- Koneksikan PC Adapt er USB A2 RS485 ke Port M PI di CPU416-2DP (diport t ersebut
Terinst all Net w ork M PI Prot ocol for HM I OP270 10 Inc (5 St at ion).

- Lakukan dow nload Tot ally unt uk 1. Hw configuration,


- Lakukan dow nload Tot ally unt uk 2. Simatic 400 Station,

4. Set elah didow nload t ot al, t ampak t ampilan CPU 416-2DP sbb,

Terlihat masih ada pesan error di LED EXTF, LED BUSF2 M enyala

5. Check pesan error di M odule Informat ion, HW Config, langkah pengecheckannya sbb,
- Buka file project , set PG/ PC di PC Adapter USB A2 (Auto) ,
-
- Lakukan prosedur Online ,

Unt uk menget ahui t rigger alarm LED EXTF di CPU , Check HW Config Online , caranya Klik
Station, Klik M ateriel kmd Klik kanan , Open Object . M aka muncul t ampilan,

Klik Online , maka muncul t ampilan,


Kmd Klik Upload the configuration , Kmd Klik OK, maka akan muncul t ampilan,
Tampak CPU Status Error , dan Net w ork DP Slave Node.14/ Encoder BEI t ampak Fault/ Error

Check St at us CPU information,

Klik Kanan di Slot CPU416-2DP, Klik M odule Information , M aka muncul t ampilan,
Tampak indikat or error di st at us CPU 416-2DP, det ailnya Error LED (EXTF), unt uk menget ahui
t rigger fault nya, klik Diagnostic Buffer , maka muncul t ampilan,

Lebih spesifik lagi ke Addressing Encoder BEI, Node.14, Di assign di Logic PLC PID272 (Dat a
Double Word),
Klik Open block, logic PID272 signal Encoder ,

Online dat a,

Pembacaan posisi encoder OK, kmd check Battery status di dalam Encoder BEI (3,6Vdc) ,
Klik Encoder GSD Files di HW Config yang bermasalah , Klik Kanan, Pilih M odule Information ,

Tampak indikasi M odule Error , Klik DP Slave Diagnostic (Unt uk menget ahui Status Battery
Low/ OK),
Tampak indikasi Battery Encoder Low (Indikasi Bit ke 21 = 20 , Jika OK Bit ke 21 = 00 ), Info
manual Book BEI Encoder Sbb,

Jika bat t ery encoder OK, maka bit diagnose 20 & 21 = 00 & 00 art inya pd bit ke 5 nilainya 0
(000 0 0000)

Jika bat ery encoder Too Low (No OK) maka bit diagnose 20 & 21 = 20 & 00 art inya pd bit ke 5
nilainya 1 (00 1 0 0000).

6. Gant i Battery Encoder BEI 3.6Vdc,


- M at ikan Supplai Teg. 24Vdc ke Encoder, saat suplai Off, ada indikasi profibus Fault di
HM I ,

- Lepas Encoder cable Profibus Sisi IN/ OUT (Profibus Sistem Seri beberapa Pheriperal
Device Basis dat a by Profibus),

- Ganti Encoder , set elah di lakukan penggant ian Bat t ery 3,6Vdc,

Encoder BEI sebelum digant i,

Addresing dat a Node.14, set di Bit 2,3,4. Perhit ungannya sbb : 2 +2 +2 = 14, adapun hasil
pengukuran Bat t ery encoder bernilai 0 Vdc, maka perlu adanya penggant ian bat t ery.

Encoder BEI , set elah digant i, set elah digant i nyalakan kembali M CB ut k Suplai 24Vdc nya.

- Lakukan Verifikasi/ Kalibrasi Posisi sesuai scaling dat a 0 ~ 4667M M .


7. Lakukan prosedur Acknowledge/ Reset alarm di HM I ,
- Sudah dilakukan ack di t ombol HM I OP270 10”, namun Alarm masih muncul, dan
indikat or pilot lamp alarm panel desk masih menyala,
- Lakukan modify data , t erkait alarm di logic program (Reset ),
8. Check kembali status Alarm PLC CPU416-2 DP, check HW Config,

St at us OK, PLC LED RUN & Supplai 5V LED M enyala (Normally).
