DOL sẽ trình bày quan điểm qua 1 đoạn mở bài (introduction), 2 đoạn thân bài (body
paragraph), và 1 đoạn kết bài (conclusion).

Mở bài: Sau khi paraphrase lại đề bài, DOL sẽ đưa ra một Thesis Statement (luận
điểm) để nêu quan điểm.

Thân bài:

Body 1: DOL phân tích 2 bất lợi của tình trạng tuổi hưu trí ngày càng tăng sau
đó đưa ra quan điểm phản đề.




Kết bài: DOL kết luận và khẳng định lại quan điểm của mình.

In numerous countries today, the retirement age has been increased, which has
sparked debate regarding its benefits and drawbacks. This essay will examine whether
the advantages of raising the retirement age outweigh the disadvantages.
Two major concerns about this policy are the potential

increase in job competition

and health conditions. Regarding the former,
extending the retirement age
can limit job opportunities for younger individuals entering the
workforce, thereby leading to higher youth unemployment rates and
causing frustration and
economic hardship
for younger generations seeking employment. Additionally, not all
older individuals are physically or mentally capable of continuing to
work as some may face health issues that make it difficult to
maintain employment, meaning that raising the retirement age could
force them to work in unsuitable conditions. However, I believe that
these issues can be mitigated if proper measures are taken to address
the challenges. This could include policies that provide flexibility
for older workers, support for younger job seekers, and
health accommodations
to ensure that the extended working life is not counterproductive.

In my opinion, the policy of raising the retirement age can offer greater benefits
related to

economic relief
and working experience. Concerning the former, as people live longer,
the
financial burden
on
pension funds
and
social security systems
increases. By extending the working age, governments can reduce the
strain on these systems, ensuring their sustainability for future
generations. This move also means that individuals contribute to the
economy for a longer period, thus
boosting tax revenues
and supporting economic growth. From a societal perspective, older
workers bring
valuable expertise and mentorship
to the workplace, which can be instrumental in training younger
employees. This transfer of knowledge can foster a more
skilled and competent workforce
, potentially
enhancing productivity and innovation
within industries.

In conclusion, it is undeniable that raising the retirement age poses challenges related
to job competition and

health considerations
, which can be addressed by proper measures. As such, I firmly think
that this change can offer more significant benefits, including
economic values and the contribution of experienced workers.
