After installment, process App permissions as mentioned below.


 Android: “Settings” → “Apps” → “GSAT Proctoring Program” → Allow permissions of Microphone, Storage, Contacts, Call logs, and Camera.

 iOS: ① “Settings” → “General” → “Device Management” → Check “Trust” for SAMSUNG SDS
② “Settings” → “GSAT Proctoring Program” → Check Microphone, Camera, Background App Refresh and Cellular Data access.

. Android : Open “Messages” app→ Tap the “More options” icon next to the search button → Tap “Settings” → Select “Emergency alert settings”
Notifications
→ Turn off “amber alerts”
. iOS : “Settings” → “Notifications” → Turn off “Emergency Alerts” at the bottom, and (If there are options) Turn off “public safety alerts”
* Important: After the test, please enable the “Emergency Alerts” again.

- Close all apps that were used before the test.

- Turn off Bluetooth and GPS (Disable the Bluetooth and GPS icon on the top of the screen)
