Rental Rules*
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 12 A.M. GMT AND CHECKOUT is 11 A.M. GMT

NO Early check-in or late checkout.

PETS are permitted.

SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A security deposit of £1500.00 is required upon


payment of the outstanding balance. The deposit automatically converts to a
security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however,
it is fully refundable in the day of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or


services rendered during the stay.

• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are
placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

• All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.

• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

• No linens are lost or damaged.

• NO early arrival or late departure (unless specifically pre-arranged under


extenuating circumstances that must be agreed upon before arrival)

• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the
local law enforcement.

CANCELLATIONS –
Option A) CANCELLATIONS - A six week notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than six weeks prior to the arrival date will incur no
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within
six weeks of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

We have the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, up to 6


weeks before the arrival date. You will receive a full refund of monies paid.

In case of cancellation these are the percentages that would be deducted according to
the "Decree 199/2013, of April 16:
- 5% in case of cancellation more than thirty days before the date of entry of the
traveler.

- 40% if the cancellation is made with 30 or less days and more than 15.

- 60% if the cancellation is made with 15 or less days and more than 7.

- 100% when done with 7 days or less.

MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a five (30) night minimum stay. Longer
minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than
three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.

INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Facilities fees are
included in the rental rate.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in
the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at
an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or
linens to be taken from the property.

FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to
forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be
permitted to check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be


approved in writing in advance.

Parking is limited to (1) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the gated drive.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip.
