Document controller

 Coordinates the generation to distribute, review, track and transmittal of all documents, technical and
non-technical throughout the Company’s PMT team, major contractors and to/from the consultants.
 Following the Information Management Plan Procedure
 Carry out quality checks on all incoming and outgoing documents. Before uploading into the system
and track receipt, distribution and review of engineering and vendor documents
 Receives and records all project documentation and ensures the documents are stored correctly.
 Managing Master Document Register and uploading the MDR
 Coordinating PE for distribution Matrix against MDR
 Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance (as per procedure) during its whole
Lifecycle.
 Managing, Storing, tracking and retrieving all types of Documents Electronically
 Preparing report on Weekly basis like overdue report, document status report both engineering and
