Ⅱ.System introduction
(1) Feature:
* Dot matrix wireless receiver; can be operated via software or remote control.
*High strength aluminum alloy cover.
*Can connect with PC to record all the calling information.
*Work with remote control and PC.
*Have 7 kinds of ring tones and the volume is adjustable.
*Work with all MEEYI 433MHZ buttons,400pcs in max
*Display 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 groups of calls for your choice.

Software function:
* Edit the message to rolling display on the receiver via “Input data setting”.
* Edit the user’s information for this software, such as name, sex, duty and so on for
management.
* Save all the transmitters in the receiver, with transmitter number setting, transmitter
address setting, ring tone choice and etc.

*Data backup: copying data from one receiver to the other receiver.
*Record all the calling information: call number, call time, end time, service type, service
person and etc.

III. System setting


Power on, you could find Wireless calling system on the display .This message can be
edited via the software
Note: Before system setting, please set remote control firstly (Refer to FUN2-1setting)

Note: Before system setting, please save remote control in the receiver .
(Refer to FUN2-1setting)
Fun1 Save /delete transmitter number
Note: This function can be set via software (“Save transmitter”function)
Fun1-1 : set/delete transmitter number
Save transmitter:
One receiver can work with 400 transmitters in max.
1. Power on ,press function key on remote control ,the receiver shows Fun 1
2. Press confirm key on remote control , the receiver shows FUN1-1 ,then press confirm key
on remote control
3. Then receiver shows F1-1 0000 and press confirm key

Note: A. “0000” is transmitter’s address , which can be changed from “0000”to “9999”.

0 --------alarm output setting (0:without 1:with , “0” is default setting)

Setting:Input the number via remote control to change “1201010” if needed.
After change, press “confirm key” on the remote control ,the receiver will show:

5. Edit the calling number with digit or letter or symbol or all together (via remote control)
A. Edit digit: input via the numeric keys and correct the digit via left key or right key
B. Edit letter: press setting key, then press left key or right key to choose letters.
Confirm each letter via setting key and then go to next letter.
C. Edit symbol: same as “Edit letter”.The symbols behind the letters.
Note:The digit: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0
The letter: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z

The symbol: ?,!,…,※ ,⊙, § etc
6. When the calling number is correct , press the confirm key.
7. Press the “call” button on the transmitter for 3 seconds until the receiver shows: setting
success
If setting failure and the display will show :setting
failure
8. To save another transmitter, please back to “F1-1” to set as above.
When all the transmitters are saved ,please press function key to back to the standby state.
Note:
* As for the cancel transmitter, it will be the same setting with call transmitter as above
(used same number ).
* If saving transmitter via software, please remember the address of transmitter.
Go to F1-1, input the address number and confirm it .
The calling number will display on the screen, then press the “call” button on the transmitter
for 3 seconds until the receiver shows: setting
success
If setting failure and the display will show : setting
failure
Delete transmitter:
Go to F1-1,input the saved transmitter address and confirm it.
The receiver will show as follows:
F1-1 XXXX
XXXXXXX B
Press the confirm key and the transmitter number will be shown on the screen.
Press setting key to clear this number with showing : cleared
Success
Fun1-2 NONE

Fun 1-3 Check the status of saved transmitter(transmitter address and transmitter number)

Fun 1-4 Check the transmitter inner address


Note: This inner address is the factory default address, which cannot be changed.
Under Fun 1-4, press the transmitter, the display will show the inner address.
Record this inner address, input it in the “Save transmitter” in “Management software”.
Then saving transmitter is done.
For detail operation, please refer to the “user manual of Management software”.

FUN2 Set remote control ( The initial step)


Fun2-1 Set/delete remote control
One receiver can work with 30 pieces of remote control in max.
The address ranges from 00 to 29.
1. Power on ,press function key on receiver ,press power on key and function key on remote
control. Receiver shows FUN1 .
2. Press 2 (or press left key or right key on remote control ) then the receiver show FUN2
3. Press confirm key on the remote control and receiver shows F2-1
4. press confirm key and the receiver shows 00 which means address “00” is empty

5. Press right key or left key to select the number
6. Press confirm key and the receiver will show xx while shows setting
used success
7. Press Function key to exit the setting state .
Note: If the number of remote control have been existed in the receive will show xx
used
Fun2-2 Delete remote control
1. Under setting state FUN2 ,press 2 (or press left key or right key on remote control ),then
receiver shows F2-2 and press confirm key on remote control
2. Use the left key or right key to select the number and press confirm key on the remote
control ,the display will show xx which mean the number have been deleted
unused
3. Press setting key on the remote control to exit the setting state

FUN3 Display mode & rolling number setting

F3-1 Display mode (1-4)------default setting :4


1. Under FUN3-2, showing “F3-1 X”
2. Choose the display model and confirm it.
the receiver will show setting
success
Note: It means the receiver can display 1 to 4 groups calling numbers.
For example, if choose "1",the receiver will show only 1 number at one time.

F3-2 Rolling numbers (The number will be rolling displayed) ------default setting:00
1. Under FUN3-2, showing “F3-2 XX”
2. Input the number from 1 to 16 at “XX” place and confirm it
Note: 00 & 01 means no rolling.

F3-3 Rolling display time(Time gap between rolling numbers) ---default setting :20
1. Under FUN3-3,showing “F3-3 XX”
2. Input the number from 1 to 99 at “XX” place and confirm it
Note: F3-3 is based on F3-2, or it’s useless.

F3-4 Display time ---default setting :60


1. Under FUN3-4,showing “F3-4 XX”
2. Input the number from 0 to 99 at “XX” place and confirm it
Note: “0” means the calling information is always shown on the receiver until the call is
canceled by “Cancel” button.
3. Press setting key to exit the setting state

Fun4 Time settings (current time, alarm output time & delay time)

FUN 4-1 Current time setting


1. Under FUN4-1 ,press the confirm key and the receiver will show the time.

2. Press the digit key on the remote control to select the time
3. Press confirm key the receiver will show setting and back to FUN4-1
success
4. Press function key to exit the setting state

FUN4-2 Alarm output time -----default setting:10s


1. Under FUN4-2, press the confirm key and the receiver will show “F4-2 XX”
2. Input the time from 1-99s,which is the time for alarm light to keep flashing.
3. Press confirm key the receiver will show setting and back to FUN4-2
success
4. Press function key to exit the setting state

FUN4-3 Delay time---- default setting:0


This function is used to avoid repeated calls during the delay time.
For example ,if the delay time is 3s,so during this period, the receiver only show 1 call for
1transmitter , whatever how many calls are from the same transmitter.
1. Under FUN4-3, press the confirm key and the receiver will show “F4-3 XX”
2. Input the number from 0-99. Unit:300mS.
Note: 0 = no delay time
10=3S
99=29.7S
default setting:0
3. Press confirm key the receiver will show setting and back to FUN4-3
success
4. Press function key to exit the setting state

Fun5 Ring tone setting

Fun5-1 Ring tone select (7 kinds)


There are 7 ring tones for your choice
1. Under FUN5 and press confirm key and receiver shows FUN5-1
2. Press confirm key and the receiver shows “F5-1 XX”
3. Press left key or right key to select the ring tone
Note: Factory setting: 12th ring tone
As there is ring tone choice in F1-1, F5-1 is only used for listening ring tone and not for ring
tone choice.

FUN5-2 Volume (16 grades, from 00 to 15 . 00=mute)


1. Under FUN5-1, press number key “2”,showing “F5-2 XX”
2. Press left key or right key to select the volume
3. Press confirm key and the receiver shows setting
success
Note:Default setting: 10 grade

FUN5-3 Repeat ring tone (6 grades, from 0 to 5)

1. Under FUN5-1 , press number key “3”, showing “F5-3 XX”
2. Press left key or right key to select the repeated ring tones (0-5)
0 =keep ringing
1= repeat once
2= repeat twice
3= repeat three times
4= repeat four times
5= repeat five times
3. press confirm key and the receiver shows setting
success
Note:Default setting: 1

FUN6 Receiver address setting

FUN6-1 Set local address


1. Under FUN6-1, press confirm key , showing “F6-1 XX”
2. Input the relative number to set the local address
3. Press confirm key and receiver shows setting and exit the setting status
success
FUN7 Service type symbols and others

FUN 7-1 Service type symbols


1. Under FUN7-1, press confirm key , showing “F7-1 X”
2. Input “1” or “4”. “1”is without service type symbols, “4” is with service type symbols.

3.Confirm it and the receiver will show setting and exit the setting status.
success
FUN7-2 English/Chinese
The default setting is English. No need to change the setting.

FUN7-3 Main/Sub Display


1. Under FUN7-3, press confirm key , showing“F7-3 X”
2. Input “1” or “0”. “1”is Main display and “0” is Sub display.
3. Confirm it and the receiver will show setting and exit the setting status.

Note: For the Sub display, please set the display time in FUN4-3, 10( 3s ) is better.

FUN8 Copy function


Copy all the information and setting on 1 receiver to another receiver.
1. Under FUN8, press confirm key and receiver shows “ F8-1 XX”
2. Input the address of the receiver, which want to copy from.
Note: Please check FUN6-1 in this receiver, the address of two receivers cannot be the same.
3. Press confirm key and the receiver shows “F8-1 copy…. ”
4. It needs about 5s to finish the copy and will show F8-1 copy and exit the setting status. .
successful
Note :Before copying, please check FUN6-1 to know the address of each receiver.
Then go to FUN7-3 to set “main” and “sub” display for each receiver.
The main receiver is the original one, while the sub display is the copy one.

FUN9 Restore factory setting

FUN9-1 deletes all the transmitter number


1. Under FUN9 , press confirm key , showing FUN9-1
2. Press confirm key and the receiver shows delete transmitter
3. Press setting key and it shows cleared which mean all the transmitter
numbers have been deleted
4. Receiver will go back to FUN9-1 automatically and press function key to exit setting state

FUN9-2 Delete all remote control


1. Under FUN9-2 , press confirm key, showing delete remote control
2. Press setting key and it shows clearance which mean all the remoter controller have been deleted
successful
3. After that it will go back to the FUN9-2 and press function key to exit the setting state

FUN9-3 Delete all the call information


1. Under FUN9-3,press confirm key and showing delete calling
information
3. Press setting key and receiver shows clearance
successful
4. After that it will be back to FUN-9-3 automatically and press function key to exit the
setting state

FUN9-4 deletes default address


1. Under FUN9-4, press confirm key and receiver shows set default
address
2. Press setting key and receiver shows clearance
successful
3. After that it will go back to FUN9-4 automatically and press function key to exit the setting state

FUN9-5 Restore factory setting


1. Under FUN9-5, press confirm key and receiver shows restore factory
setting
2. Press setting key and receiver shows please And back to standby state.
re-start
3. Please power off then power on the receiver again

Management Monitoring Software

Brief Instruction:
A. Edit the message to rolling display on the receiver via “Input data setting
B. Edit the user’s information for this software, such as name , sex , duty and so on for
management.
C. Save all the transmitters in the receiver ,with transmitter number setting , transmitter address
setting , ringtone choice , pager group setting and etc.
D. Data backup: copying data from one receiver to the other receiver.
E. Record all the calling information :call number ,call time , end time , service type , service
person and etc.

Detail Instruction:
1.Open the software ,log in.
(User name: admin ,password: none , in blank)

2.Operator: edit information of operator
Operator’s information can be added, modified,deleted, authorized.And the authorized
operator can change the password.

3.Base setting :
A. Layout setting: a. Customer name ------can be edited
b. Display recent record ------can be edited
c. Warning : there are 3 levels of warning, which can be edited via color and
time threshold. These warning will be shown on the “Floor plan”.
d. “Call” means service type, which can be edited to “bill”,”water” or
something else. Generally, it should be “call”.

B. System setting:
Setting the format of this software and the sounds of warning.

C.Port setting:
Choose the COM port. It’s the most important step. If the COM port is not chosen correctly,
the software will not read the receiver.
Note: We will offer a USB-CAN conventor. Insert it to PC and find the “Driver”,which we
will attach in the CD with goods.
After installation, please choose the correct COM port to work.

4. Layout:
A: Edit Floor Plan: Click the right mouse key to add “a new floor plan” and then re-name
it.This is used for service area management.

B. Edit service area : In the right blank area,click the right mouse key to add “Call-in-
point”.
The detail content :
Name: Transmitter’s number
TX No.: Transmitter’s address
(Note: the address should be the same as transmitter’s address, which is the same in “Save
transmitter”)
Shape, Width, Height and Text point are for your choice to choose the format.
After setting, please “confirm” the above setting.

5. Staff setting:
Edit the staffs’ information to manage them with “Staff Info” and “Timeable”. It can be
added,modified and deleted.

6.Input data setting:
Edit the message to rolling display when the receiver is stand-by.
A. Choose the device address (same as FUN6-1)
B. Click the right mouse key to edit “new message”:
Display mode: Text Mode & Time Mode (Note : Time mode is unavailable)
Display type: Move left ,rig t ,up ,down and other types
Time: rolling speed -------“1” level (most quickly)
“32” level (most slowly)
Attended time: stay time----the time gap between 1st message and 2nd message to roll
Color: Red (only red is available)
Message: edit information to roll display

7.Copy data:
To copy all the information and setting from one receiver to another receiver.
System Parameter:
A. Choose Device address (same as FUN6-1 in receiver) ,then “Read”.All the setting in this
receiver will show on this “System Parameter”.
B.“Export” -------all the “System Parameter” will be imported to a file. Pls save this file for
back-up.
C.“Import” -------when connect with a new receiver and import all the “System Parameter” to
it. After that, press “write”.Then the “Copy data” is done.
D. All the copied receivers will have the same setting, same transmitter number and so on with
the original receiver.

8. Save transmitter (It also can be set via FUN1-1 in receiver)


Edit all the information of transmitter via this software.
Choose “Device address” (Same as FUN 6-1)

A. Transmitter Address-------from “0000” to “9999”
B. Transmitter Number ( Transmitter inner address) -------change “FFFFFF” to inner
address of each transmitter (Get it via FUN1-4 function in receiver)
C. Alarm output ------- There is an alarm light output. If you choose “Alarm output”,when
this transmitter calls, the Alarm corridor light will flash.It’s better to use this function for
emergency situation.
D. Alert sound ------sound choice (12kinds,from “1” to “12”)
E. Pager group, pager address --------1 pager can belong to different pager group and 1 pager
group can have many different pagers)
F. Calling information ------ Transmitter’s number
when finish all the above setting, please press “Set”key.

Key Code Setting (It also can be set via FUN1-2 in receiver)
Edit the Text for pager. After setting,pager will show the number and text directly.
For example,if the transmitter’s number is “A001”.After setting the “Text” to be “Call”,the
pager will show “A001-CALL” when call via this transmitter.

9. History Query -------can trace the history calls via different terms.

10. Statistic :
Offer all kinds of Statistics for management.

11. Data Maintenace :


Back-up data, Restore data ,Erase data.

12. Floor Plan:


to show all the saved calls with changing colors and sound reminder.

13.POP-UP Window:
To show the last 5 calls for direct view.
