COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

Sec. 12 of the Republic Act No. 9184:

It is the BAC who shall be responsible for ensuring


that the procuring entity abides by the standards set
forth under R.A. 9184 and its IRR.

The PMR shall be approved and submitted by the


Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE) to the GPPB on
a semestral basis
