1. Introductions

1.1. Background of the study


The computer of play important roles in teaching and learning method computer can
be used from 1940 up to now it can be used for teacher and other member staff for
different purpose

Statement of problem
Our school teacher and other staff member can not training on computer b/c can not
get chance those can affect our staff in different way those can be
 Data can be lost
 Can not write exam by softcopy
 can not use computer to do restores

1) What methods does the teacher use to to prepare exam and roster ?
2) What types of exam teacher summited ether by hard copy or softy copy
3) What are the problems related to use computer for different purpose?
4) What are the factors that affect our staff ?when store data on paper based

The general objective of this research is to find out the
How to training on job our staff how to use computer or different teaching and learning
process (survey study computer usage )

 To identify what methods used in order to use computer
 To identify what type of impact to using computer and train on them.
 To identify the problem related to use computer

 How to connect hardware maintenance and troubleshoot
 How to start computer and shutdown
 Microsoft word
 Microsoft excel
 Microsoft power point
 Install software and using it
 How to store data on computer and backup
. 1.6. Scope of the focused

The scope of this was limited ABADIR SECONDARY SCHOOL STAFF AND
TEACHER . In addition, the study focused on how to use computer because of
computer is suitable for technology and save time and space . So, the scope of the
study was limited only on abadir secondary school staff and teacher.

1.7. Limitation of the focused

While conducting this study the limitation that the researchers faced were under the
following.
 Limited to our staff member .
 Shortage of time to train all computer system and software.
 Lack of financial resource was the major constraint.
