Polyken 1019

Polyken 1019 and 1019 SPR are liquid adhesive systems recommended for machine application to bond Polyken coating systems to pipe surfaces. They consist of butyl-based elastomers and resins dissolved in solvent. Polyken 1019 has 20% solids and 1019 SPR has 13% solids. Both provide excellent adhesion and resistance to cathodic disbondment. They ensure a permanent bond between the coating system and pipe to prevent corrosion long-term.
