Research-Instrument-Work Immersion

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal skills gained from work immersion experiences and college adaptability skills of former Electrical Installation and Maintenance students. Participants will be asked to rate their agreement on statements regarding their communication, teamwork, social awareness, flexibility, learning ability, and strategic thinking skills. Results from this anonymous survey will be used for educational purposes by Grade 12 students as part of their research requirements.

requirements in the subject Practical Research 2. The purpose of this study is to
determine the relationship between Interpersonal Skills in Work Immersion and College
Adaptability Skills of Former E.I.M. Students. This study is intended for educational
