Student Manual for

ERP system

Login:
Student can access the Dashboard by Sign In at the URL- https://erp.daiict.ac.in
 Change the Password after first login (After password is updated New Password is shared on
DA-IICT student registered mail id.)
 You can also use forgot password link below Sign in button to create new password to access
the ERP system.

 Password can be changed after first login through this menu also (After password is updated New
Password is shared on DA-IICT student registered mail id.)

 Student can Reset the Password if required based on the guidelines mentioned. Verify your email
ID (OTP will be sent on the displayed e-mail ID) to reset password. Submit to Reset Password
and a confirmation mail will also be received by user by email

Student Dashboard:
 After login, Student will see following Home page. Here the currently on going activities and any
updates related to any activities would be available.

Click on Academic Related:
Academic Student related
 In Student Related, various links are available for different tasks.

Course Registration:
 Student will perform the Semester Course Registration.
 Student has to select the offered courses, within the Maximum and Minimum credit limit.
 Core courses are selected by default and student has to just submit the registration to complete
the process.
 For elective courses student has to carefully check the details before the selection. Appropriate
courses are to be selected and then registration can be submitted.

 Student can see the Total selected credit of all the courses as per the selection made.
 Student can Download the Registration slip after submission of course registration.

 Registration slip will have details of all the courses registered by the student.

Audit course registration:
 Student can do the Audit Course registration after the registration of semester courses is
completed.
 After save and confirm student can download the registration slip.
 The course which are registered in the regular course registration page will not appear in audit
registration

Backlog/Redo Course registration


 Student can do their Backlog Course registration over here.
 Student will be able see the list of all Backlog courses but can register the courses which are
offered in that particular semester.
 After save and confirm student can download the registration slip.

Grade Improvement Course registration :
 Student whose CPI is below 5 for UG and below graduation CPI for PG will be able to register for
Grade improvement courses under this link.
 In Improvement student will be see the courses which are available for grade improvement but can
register the courses which are offered in that particular semester.
 After save and confirm student can download the registration slip.

Online Payment
 Online payment link will show the student fees demand created for respective semesters.

 Student has to select Receipt type and Semester for which fees is to be paid.
 Please note that there would be multiple receipt types for which fees payment is to be made:
• Receipt Type Academic Fees is for payment of fees other than Hostel related
charges.
• Receipt Type Hostel Fees is for payment of Hostel fees and Electricity charges as
applicable to residents of Hostel only.
 Student has to make fees payment separately for Academic Fees and Hostel Fees.

 On clicking Payment button a summary page for fees to be paid will be available. Student should
check the details before proceeding for payment.

 Student will be able to pay the fees through online (Net Banking, Debit card, Credit card and UPI)
OR in offline mode (Cash, Cheque/DD and NEFT/RTGS) by generating the Challan to pay.
 Student can print the Fee receipt or download as PDF.

Student Complete Detail


 Student’s complete academic details of student are reflected here. It is Non-Editable.
 In Student Information tab Student personal and Academic basic information is visible. Make
sure it is correct.

 In Fees Details tab student can view all the fees paid as well as outstanding fees details.

 In course registration tab student can view the all registered courses in a particular semester
(session) selected from the drop down.

 In Attendance Details tab students can view their Attendance status in a particular semester
(session) selected from the drop down.

 When a student click’s on the course code student will be able to see attendance in that
particular course date wise.

 Attendance in the selected course is shown date wise as follows.

 In Result Details tab, student can view his semester results. Student has to select a radio button
corresponding to the semester for which result details are available.

Student Information
 Student Personal information is provided in student information page.

 In Personal Information student personal details are visible and it is Partially Editable. e.g.
Student Full Name is not editable whereas Student First Name, Student Middle Name and
Student Last Name are editable. Similarly few other fields are editable.

 In Address Details Tab student can view or edit the address details.

 In Qualification Details Student can View /edit the Education details.

 In COVID Information tab student can fill the Vaccination information.

 In Other Information Tab student can view or fill the other personal information like mother
tongue, bank details, sports achievement information, etc.

Other menu items e.g. Placement, etc. will be available soon.
