Upshift Preset Installation Instructions

This document provides installation instructions for Upshift Lightroom presets in 3 versions of Lightroom: 1) Lightroom Classic (2018 and newer): Open Lightroom Classic, import the preset zip file, and the presets will be under User Presets. 2) Lightroom mobile: Install Lightroom on desktop and mobile devices linked to the same Creative Cloud account to sync presets across devices. Import the preset zip file on desktop to make presets available on mobile. 3) Lightroom CC 2017 and older: In Lightroom preferences, locate the Develop Presets folder and copy the preset files into this folder. Restart Lightroom for the presets to be available.

INSTALLATION GUIDE TO INSTALL UPSHIFT LIGHTROOM PRESETS

If you’re unfamiliar with installing presets or just need a refresher on how to install presets, follow our quick guide to help you install
the stunning Upshift Presets Pack for:

This install guide applies for both Windows and Mac. Before you know it, you’ll be editing like a pro knowing you’re using the very same
presets used by renowned F1 Photographer Kym Illman!

STEP 1

Open Lightroom Classic and ensure you’re in the Develop module, if not (Press-D on your keyboard). On the left panel, you’ll see a
Presets section click the ”  “ then Import Presets..

Importing Presets into Lightroom Classic

STEP 2

Go to the location where you unzipped the Upshift Presets Pack and select Upshift Pack (Lightroom Classic).zip and then
click Import.

Ensure the item selected is Upshift Pack (Lightroom Classic).zip

You can find your newly imported presets under User Presets under the Presets section

If you have a Creative Cloud account and have Lightroom installed on mobile devices such as tablet and/or phone and are synced to
your Creative Cloud account on those devices, you can get the Upshift Presets on those devices and have them with you whenever
and wherever! You will need to have installed Adobe Lightroom on your Desktop (different app from Lightroom Classic) and be synced
to the same Creative Cloud account on all of the devices you want the presets synced.

STEP 1

Open Lightroom. On the tool panel on the right, you’ll see the Edit button. Click this button to show the edit panel. In the edit panel,
click the Presets button which will show the Presets panel. Click the ”  “ then Import Presets...

Click the ”  “ from the Presets panel, then from the menu, click Import Presets...

STEP 2

Go to the location where you unzipped the Upshift Presets Pack and select Upshift Pack (Lightroom Classic).zip and then
click Import.

Ensure the item selected is Upshift Pack (Lightroom Classic).zip

You can find your newly imported presets under the Edit  Presets  Yours  User Presets dropdown.

GUIDE FOR LIGHTROOM CC 2017 AND OLDER

1. Take note of the location Upshift Pack (Lightroom CC 2017 & Older) folder

2. Open Lightroom

3. Windows, on the top menu, click Edit  Preferences  Presets


Mac, on the top menu, to right of the Apple icon, click Lightroom  Preferences  Presets

4. Click on the button named Show Lightroom Presets Folder...

5. Double click on Develop Presets folder

6. Copy the files within the folder Upshift Pack (Lightroom CC 2017 & Older) into
the Develop Presets folder

7. Restart Lightroom
