Speaking: Questions Speaking: Additional practice by topic This section will give you extra practice in the sorts of questions the examiner may ask you in Part 1 of the Speaking test. Listen to the audio and practise answering the questions. Some of the ‘questions are similar but the words used in the question are aitterent; this ves you more speaking practice and shows you how different questions are formed, Remember that the examiner will choose what questions to ask you and won't ask you lots of questions about the same topic. When you are practising try to give a longer answer, even if you want to just say No. For example, you ‘may not like doing sport. but if the question is Do you like playing tennis? and your real answer is No, you can say something like No, ! don't like playing tennis because | didn't learn how to play it when | was at school, Once you are feeling confident it would be a good idea not to look al the book ~ just listen to the audio and answer the questions. And keep practising!
