Important Notes for Value Education

 Types of Core values are:

Dependability, Reliability, Loyalty, Commitment, Open-mindedness,
Consistency, Honesty & Efficiency.
 Reduce means to minimise the amount of waste we create.
Reuse refers to using items more than once.
Recycle means putting a product to a new use instead of throwing it
away.
 Value education is teaching and learning about the ideals that a
society think is important. The aim is so that students not only
understand the values, but also reflect them in their attitudes and
behaviour.
 Favourable ecosystem ensures that each organism thrive and multiply
as expected. They get enough food to keep them alive. Ecological
balance is also important because it leads to the continuous existence
of the organisms. It ensures that no particular species is exploited or
overused.
 Cybercrime, or computer-oriented crime, is a crime that involves a
computer and a network. Unlike crimes using the computer as a tool,
these crimes require the technical knowledge of the perpetrators.
 Media plays a great role in building a healthy society. It not only
moulds public opinion but helps in creating and framing it in the right
and national perspective. If it plays a constructive and creative role,
then society can develop much faster and go ahead.

 Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam left behind legacy of values to be imbibed

by student children and grown-ups too. This is one such pledge
for us to follow for the betterment of the individual as the nation
as a whole.

1. I will act with at most commitment towards studies or Job. I

will work exemplarily in that.
2. From today onwards, I will help 10 persons who cannot read
and write to read and write.
3. I will plant at least 10 trees and ensure that it grows.

4. Going to villages, I will help at least 5 people to come out
gambling and drinking habit.
5. I will endlessly work hard to help my siblings who are
struggling in life.
6. I will never support differences based on Caste, Religion and
Language.

free society.

work hard towards an upright family.
9. Apart from always being friends of differently- abled persons,
I will ensure that they feel like being any normal person.
10. I will celebrate with pride, the success of my nation and my
country people.
 National integration always helps to unite the minorities as well as
gives them the freedom to live their life in their way without any
interference. Thus, national integration is also essential for the
country's development. Because the country with national unity will
always flourish and develop.
 Steps we can take to conserve the environment:
Use own bags, Grow your own food. Spend time in your garden, Cut
down on your energy use, Turn off your devices, Snag a reusable
water bottle, Choose local produce.
 Culture includes what people actually do and what they believe.
Culture influences greatly how we see the world, how we try to
understand it and how we communicate with each other. Therefore,
culture determines, to a great extent, learning and teaching styles.
