To meet the objectives, necessary procedures must be followed and if needed, additional lessons, exercises, and remedial activities may be done for developing content knowledge I. OBJECTIVES and competencies. These are assessed using formative Assessment strategies. Valuing objectives support the learning of content and competencies and enables children to find significance and joy in learning the lessons. Weekly objectives shall be derived from the curriculum guides. A. Content Standards The learner demonstrates an understanding of the principles of designing and sewing of sleeping garments B. Performance Standards The learner plan, design and sew sleeping garments. C. Learning Competencies/ PRODUCE SLEEPING GARMENTS Objectives (Write the LC LO 2. Prepare and cut materials for sleeping Garments (TLE_HEDM9-12SG-Ig-i-2) code for each) LO 3. Assemble sleeping garments parts (TLE_HEDM9-12SG-IIa-g-3) a. Take body measurements. b. Lay-out pattern c. Varied sources of materials sustain children’s interest in the lesson and in learning. RESOURCES Ensure that there is a mix of concrete and manipulated materials as well as paper-based materials.
