citizens can also file a lawsuit against compensation even though the lawsuit was defeated in court. This
claim can be submitted to the magistrate by giving notice. Where the notification is meant for make the
government aware of governance. This notification is intended so that the government can take steps to
overcome these problems as soon as possible to achieve justice.
