PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Chocojar, one of the chocolate manufacturers that creates a blend of chocolate and
tiny cocoa nibs, is one of my favourite chocolate brands. Additionally, it produces the
taste of melted chocolate and the little coco crunch's crunchy texture in the bottle with
the AB Chocojar logo. Many others are also paying attention to this chocolate jar,
therefore I'm attempting to acquire a chance to launch my own company that sells
chocolate jars. So, I start by looking for a product source that I can use to fund my
venture. I start by searching for their headquarters on Facebook, and then I send them
a message to inquire about the stock product I can find for this AB Chocojar. I was
then asked for my home address and payment information so they could send the
thing from stock. After making the money, I was also added to a Telegram group where
I can get information about the campaign, images for this AB Chocojar, a promotional
film, and other crucial details for me to use in advertising my business across many
platforms.
Next, I began to select the finest medium via which I could inform the general public
about my company. In light of that, I decided to utilise both Facebook and the
Whatsapp platform. This is due to the fact that WhatsApp makes it simple to interact
and has a large network of contacts who may learn about my business. Since I am
now at ease speaking with them, it will be simpler for me to close more deals after
that. Additionally, I use the Facebook network as a way to inform outsiders about my
sales. I need to make a specific page on Facebook for companies, artists, and other
groups. I already had a page as a creator before this, which made it simpler for me to
advertise to outsiders because my page already has a sizable following. As a result, I
don't need to be concerned since operating this firm will benefit much from it.
I employ the COD (Cash on Delivery) approach in my business, making deliveries to
customers and charging for each one. In addition, if I am unable to make a delivery
myself, I will recruit riders or friends to assist me and pay them a fee for each delivery
made. For the typical customer of my firm, this is more geared toward young people
since we are aware that certain meals associated to chocolate will appeal to younger

consumers more than older ones, perhaps as a means of preserving health. Because
I measure the distance for each delivery, I only open deliveries and sales in the
Seremban region, where each one will incur a different fee. This makes it clear why I
decided to operate this chocolate jar company since the stock product arrived
prepared in a bottle bearing the name AB Chocojar. I simply entered the desired
pricing and calculated the shipping fee and each fee that would be assessed.
Additionally, I chose this line of work because I am good at managing my time both for
studying and for business. I can go to courses in the morning, run my business in the
late afternoon, and finish off my lessons in the evening.
Other business methods I employ include the 4Ps: product, price, place, and
promotion. The first is Product; as already mentioned, I decided to launch my business
with the AB Chocojar product. Then I went on to explain to every resident that this is
a snack product that can be consumed at any time and that every customer would
have a unique experience with it since this chocojar has extra chocolate at no
additional cost. Additionally, I am targeting young people as my customers because I
am aware that most older people won't be as interested in these sweets. Additionally,
I said that my product has a double amount but only costs for one quantity because
getting a huge quantity elsewhere will cost more money.
Price is another factor for the second P. The current estimate for the price of each
chocojar is RM15, which is rather expensive for a bottle of chocojar that is just 320g.
So I created a poll in which each customer agreed to purchase the same-sized
chocolate jar at an estimated cost of RM12–RM13. I thus believe that charging RM15
will anger the customers, hence I will only charge RM12–RM13. I won't benefit from
targeting with a lower RM10-RM11 because of this. So the pricing that now best
matches the market is between RM12 and RM13.
The third P is Place as well. My goal is to solely sell online and deliver using the COD
(Cash On Delivery) system. From here, I have selected a flexible location that is simple
for both me and the consumers. I chose to sell online and only deliver inside the
Seremban region from where I live in Seremban.
Promotion is the last P, therefore that's all. Since I started my business during
Ramadan, I believe that now is the greatest time to market this chocolate jar since it
may be prepared as a meal for breaking fast or a late-night snack. To pique the interest
of social media users, I also advertise more on the top platforms, such as Facebook
and Whatsapp, and I run promotions in connection with Ramadan.
Therefore, obtaining product materials requires cash for any firm. Sincerely, I have a
part-time job at a pet store in Seremban. I receive a daily wage and deposit it into my
own bank account. I thus utilise the money I have saved for my business capital after
learning more about this company opportunity. I don't regret using my personal money
as the business's capital since I am confident that it will enable me to earn based on the
capital invested.

PROFIT CALCULATION
1. VALUE PROPOSITIONS
I offer three value propositions in my business. I selected to sell these AB Chocojar
because they provide the greatest meals among the others, and it's difficult to
locate chocolate jar merchants that have a lot of chocolate filling content in each
of their sales containers for the first product, Double Chocolate Topping. The
container that is already branded AB Chocojar will be supplied again in a
distinctive AB Chocojar box, which is a different version from other locations since
they frequently use merely plastic. In addition, I provide nice packaging for each
order. In the end, I sold it for just RM13, which was much less than the other high
prices in the market.
2. CUSTOMER SEGMENTS
The second is Customers, where I discovered that, on average, my clients are
younger than they are older. Perhaps the elderly want to take care of their
health and find it to be too sweet. Additionally, I discover that all of my
customers are restricted to the Seremban region, including Sikamat,
Senawang, and Ampangan. I only provide delivery and sales in the Seremban
region, which is why.

3. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
The third is customer relationship, where I'll reward them with a promotion for each
sale they make that totals more than one and makes them feel satisfied.
Additionally, holding a "Member" verification for AB Chocojar will help me draw
more customers to my business because they will be eligible for greater deals.
4. CHANNELS
The fourth step is the distribution channel, where I advertise my company. I
decided to use Facebook and Whatsapp as my business platforms. Whereas on
WhatsApp, I solely create status updates. I like to create a page and a post about
AB Chocojar on Facebook.
5. KEY PARTNERS
The fifth is the Key Partnership, where I utilise my Maybank account as an account
for accepting payments from customers and use every payment transaction
between the client and myself. Additionally, I'll already be taking part in the
dropship with AB Chocojar as they provide the goods supply for me.
6. KEY ACTIVITIES
When I want to establish a firm, the sixth step is Key Activities, and this is where
I decide to focus on time management because it is one of the key reasons why
our operations will be disturbed. Additionally, I'll concentrate on communication,
where each of our client interactions must be stressed since we must remain
true to our statements at all times. In order to draw customers, I will also try to
provide deals with every transaction. The ideal way to keep a lot of crucial data
for each sale, including information on customers and transactions, is to utilise
the finest equipment.
7. KEY RESOURCES
The seventh is Key Resources, where I may hire staff to help me operate my
firm since perhaps there will be more demand after this. Additionally, I'll be
increasing my money in order to provide more AB Chocojar in the future.
Finally, utilise the finest tool possible to manage every task to prevent the loss
of crucial information.

8. COST STRUCTURE
There are three significant expenses in this firm that I can detect. The first is
product creation, where it would be quite expensive for a student to create a
product for this company. Furthermore, since I need the internet to access every
transaction and contact with consumers, the internet is a crucial element.
However, the expense of maintaining a seamless internet connection is significant.
The final consideration is the services employed, particularly the COD (Cash On
Delivery) delivery service when the used motorbike unquestionably need service
as well as repairs when damaged. Service is therefore a key component of the
budget that was provided.
9. REVENUE STREAMS
I'll explain how I can use this element to make my business a source of revenue
for me. I thus make money from this business depending on the profit from each
of my sales. I'm able to turn a profit of RM2 to RM3 on each chocojar container
I sell. My revenue will therefore rise from that point on as orders rise. Finally,
the fee I charge for the delivery service will result in financial gain for me.
Whether they reside far away or close by, this delivery service will be priced
accordingly.

EXPERIENTAL LEARNING
Since I began my business, up until this point, I have received a wide range of
worthwhile experiences in addition to those that any businessman will have. Because
I was a student and had a reasonably packed morning class, it become one of the
issues for every student if they want to run business so I was able to gain important
experience in time management. Nevertheless, I was able to do it because I
researched the method and also sought advice from those who had more expertise
managing their time while running a business. Additionally, despite the fact that I am
not a talkative person, I was able to learn how to interact well with clients, and as a
result of this business, I have begun to do so. And this is my greatest accomplishment
since I am no longer a reclusive and aloof person. Additionally, I was able to feel what
it was like to run a business because this was my first time using my own money and
doing everything on my own. This is because, prior to this, I preferred working as an
employee for a single business or store, and I never did my own profit and loss
calculations. After that, I had the opportunity to learn how to effectively sell and
promote on platforms like Facebook and Whatsapp. Next, I discovered certain clients
who like making late payments before abruptly cancelling. For instance, he could
refuse to pay and abruptly cancel after I have reserved the chocolate jar for him. I am
now driven to grow this firm, either now or in the future, thanks to the experience I
have received.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, as it is one of their options for earning pocket money while attending
school in their region, every student may benefit from this business I operate as a
student. This is due to the fact that each student must pay much more expenses for
each semester, therefore they are able to further lighten the financial strain on their
families by operating this business. In addition, it may help us gain experience and
teach us how to split the time we spend studying and working according to how it will
make us feel. Additionally, I had previously believed that managing a business while I
was a student would be demanding and interfere with my study time since, of course,
I would be exhausted and have less time to study. However, it has altered my
perspective since I came to the realisation that my previous beliefs were only based
on assumptions, and that if they are properly controlled, we would undoubtedly be able
to overcome them. Therefore, we must not give up before beginning whatever we want
to do since doing so would just make us feel discouraged and make us not want to
continue. Act accordingly so that we continuously work to pursue our goals for our
careers as students.
