NARRATIVE REPORT

The 10 days that I have been encountered and experience in ACLC Iriga was a memorable moment and my
learning skills was develop. I already gaining a knowledge and I also understand the several task that been given to me
especially we have a good trainer. I became a patient person especially when we are conducting wirings, making it
carefully and surely to make it perfect the color alignment, at first this is my weakness but making it and learning it, I
improving how to make it, nothing is hard if you are dedicated to learn or to achieve it. Being a student it is natural to
forgot something in the lesson or make mistake however but it will slowly put it in your mind by concentrating even it
takes times but it is worth it to be consumed my time because it enhanced my skills. I’m not such a smart student but I
was a student who want to learn. Being a responsible and helpful to others is also the one I been learned while I’m in
work immersion, socialize with my co – students and there is nothing wrong to ask and talk to your trainer but just limit
or know what you have to ask. In configuring the network in the server and client computer are you have to determine if
the process is been completely done so that there is no problem in connecting the two PC. Sometimes when we are
doing some mistake or wrong step we are panicking, it is okay to start over and repeat the steps however I must learned

Work immersion provides us Senior High school students learners and give us an opportunity to become familiar
with the workplace, the employee that they will socialize and to apply my competencies in the areas of specialization or
applied subject like in CSS or in actual work environment to prepare us learners for all challenges that we might be
encountered in the future. We enhance our cognitive skills that are typically develop greater cognitive flexibility
demonstrating increased attention control, better memory, and superior problem solving skills. It is allows us students to
gain practical experience in their chosen field of study. Work immersion is an excellent way for us students to put our
academic knowledge into practice and prepare ourselves for the real world.
