" A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR FLOODING 2022 OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF RADJAH BUAYAN, MAGUINDANAO".

WH EREAS, next presented to the August Body for proper deliberation is the adoption of
Contingency Plan for FLOODING of Radjah Buayan, Maguindanao ; ·

WHEREAS, the primary goals of this LGU is a back up plan for any untowards incidents in the
locality, thus municipal officials can continue its tasks towards sustainable economic
development, by mainstreaming the same in all national and local development;

WHEREAS, mainstreaming of CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR FLOODING in all these processes


principally the institutionalization and organization of its structures, in all levels of government
nationwide, where local CONTINGENCY for Flooding plans and policies will be developed, and
where implementation of actions and measures pertaining to all aspects of Contingency plan
for FLOODING will be initiated;

WHEREAS, every LGU mandates to design, coordinate Contingency plan for FLOODING
interrelation to DRMM activities, consistent with the NDRRMC's standards , guidelines and
planning;

NOW TH EREFORE, upon joint sponsorship of the matter presented, It is

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to adopt, as it does hereby adopting the


CONTINGENCY Plan For FLOODING of Radjah Buayan, Magulndanao for the yeat 2022.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward this resolution to all concerned offices for their information
guidance and ready reference.
