reported that he was allegedly physically threatened by MONTASIR y,
NAGA, on or about 3:00 p.m. this date.

Entry Nr. 01-1137/27Sep22/4:30PM: Person of RASUL BIEBERappeared


this office and reported that the suspect who threatened him was
MONTASIR NAGA.

09- 1141/29 Sept 25/5:00PM: (RE: 091135): Initial investigation


conducted by this station at the place of incident disclosed that
RASUL BIEBER and MONTASIR NAGA had an altercation at the University of
Southern Mindanao , wherein said suspect gesticulated a pocket knife
at the former. Incident occurred on or about 3:00PM this date.
