Requirement Three: Final Reporting


I have taken 25 students data from Business Administration Department as a sample data set. We
find that the average marks of the students is 60.56. Median value is 61, means 60 marks is the
middle level score. And the mode is 45, means most of the students are get 45 marks. The
maximum result of the students is 81 and minimum is 40. The value of standard deviation is
13.00987. In statistics, the standard deviation is a measure of the amount of variation of a set of
values. The high standard deviation indicates that the values are spread out over a wider range.
I apply sort and filter on the sample data and show the output in the sorting and filtering table.
By cross tabulation I count the background of the students categorized by their Gender. Here I
found that from the total Female students 27% from Arts, 36% from Business, and 36% from
Science background. And From the total male students 29% from arts, 43% from Business and
29% from Science background. Among the total 25 students 28% students from arts background,
40% students from business background and 32% students are come from Science background.
