A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF JENNIFER N. SUPERALES


BARANGAY RECORD KEEPER (BRK) AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THIS
PURPOSE IN BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, Republic Act 7160 or An Act Providing for a Local Government Code of 1991,
Section 396- Other Appointive Officials, the qualifications, duties, and functions of all
other Barangay officials appointed by the Punong Barangay shall be governed by the
provisions of this Code and other laws or by Barangay Ordinances;

WHEREAS, Provided under relevant provisions of The Local Government Code of the
Philippines specifically, Sections 394, 395 and 396 of RA 7160 , it is mandatory upon all
local government units, specifically the Barangay, that the positions of Barangay
Secretary, Treasurer, and Barangay Record Keeper (other appointive officials) that are
co-terminus with the newly elected and incumbent Barangay officials;

WHEREAS, The appointee herein possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications as per examination conducted by the Office of the Punong Barangay;

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay of Gubatan of Maco, Davao de Oro, is a


legislative body duly organized pursuant to law for the enactment of ordinances and the
passage of resolutions for the governance of BARANGAY GUBATAN;

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay duly assembled hereby concur, on a Barangay


Session held on March 19, 2021 to the appointment of MS. JENNEFER N. SUPERALES as
the Barangay Record Keeper;

WHEREAS, Considering that the aforesaid position are very vital to the proper execution
of many Barangay functions, the aforementioned appointee must undertake every
possible step to achieve competent public service, perform the respective roles and and
functions as conferred by law and other competent authority;

WHEREAS, After the screening and interview conducted by the Appointing Officer and
the Punong Barangay himself, JENNEFER N. SUPERALES, appointed as Barangay
Record Keeper;

NOW THEREFORE, “A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF


JENNIFER N. SUPERALES BARANGAY RECORD KEEPER (BRK) AND PROVIDING
FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE IN BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO”

RESOLVED, Further that this resolution will be submitted to the Municipal Local
Government Operations Office for further perusal;

RESOLVED FURTHER, On motion of Honorable Carmen S. Malabago and seconded by


Honorable Joventino A. Egdalin that the Sangguniang Barangay of Gubatan will be
adopting and confirming the appointment of Ms. Jennefer N. Superales, the Barangay
Record Keeper (BRK) of Barangay Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro;

RESOLVED, This resolution shall takes its effect after the approval.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing Resolution Number 30 Series of 2021
otherwise known as the “A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
JENNIFER N. SUPERALES BARANGAY RECORD KEEPER (BRK) AND PROVIDING
FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE IN BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO”,
enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay Members and Functionaries of the 7 th Barangay
Council during its 33rd Monthly Regular Session held on March 19, 2021.
