Dear Student,

It is mandatory that all international students complete the UK Visa History form in order for the University of Northampton to establish
if you meet UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements for studying with us. It is your responsibility to provide complete and
accurate information. If you fail to do this and your visa is refused due to not disclosing relevant information you may not be eligible for a
refund.
