Teachers from several grades have conducted home visits and one-on-one follow ups of learners who are no longer participating in learning activities, according to a report on learner enrollment and non-participation by grade and factor. While no learners were reported as non-participating in kindergarten through 4th grade, interventions thus far have focused on visiting learners' homes and following up directly with individual students to encourage their return to learning modules. The document provides enrollment and non-participation data for factors such as domestic circumstances, individual reasons, school and environmental issues, and financial challenges.

Teachers have always paid them visits and have even traveled to different
barangays in search of these youngsters who have stopped participating in
modular learning, but to no effect. They've spoken to family and neighbors,
informing them that they can come to school at any moment.
