MOTION FOR RESETTING

COMES NOW, undersigned counsel unto this Honorable Court,


most respectfully states:

1. That the above-entitled cases is set for hearing on June 23, 2022
at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

2. That however, on said date and time undersigned will attend the
graduation ceremony of her daughter;

3. That by reason hereof, undersigned cannot attend to the aforesaid


hearing, thus, she is constrained to ask for a resetting of the same;

4. That this motion is not intended to mislead this Honorable Court


but is prayed for meritorious and humanitarian consideration.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed


that the hearing be reset on such date convenient to the Honorable Court.
