We have established the special physical & chemical laboratory by adhering to the idea of controlling the product
quality strictly and providing the users with zero-defect products wholeheartedly in order to control the key
processes and the key procedures of the products. Moreover, the physical & chemical laboratory includes five parts:

thickness measurement laboratory, and the environmental simulation laboratory.

GW13 series improved neutral-point

disconnector is designed and developed to meet
the improvement requirement of disconnector
of State Grid Corporation based on the original
GW13-type disconnector. It focuses on improving
its product quality and operational reliability. It has
advanced action principle, beautiful appearance,
and has excellent electrical and mechanical
performance and good corrosion resistance and
anti-seismic performance. It has been passed
all type tests of National High-voltage Electrical
Appliance Testing Center, and meets the IEC
standard and national standard. It mostly reaches
the advanced level at home on the product
structure and technical parameter.

Product characteristics

GW13 series neutral-point disconnector is shown in a single-break and rotary structure with double poles, and
composed of base, post insulator, wiring base, left and right contacts and other parts. It is fixed on the same base
by a vertical rod post insulator and 35kV rod post insulator respectively, with the crossing angle of 50° , so as to
form a V-type structure. The base is fixed on an underframe forming an angle of 25° with the horizontal plane.
1. Solving of heating of conducting circuit
◆ The external pressure spring contact structure is adopted, the surface is subjected to the silver-plating
treatment, and the conducting rod is in a structure of square aluminum pipe, so as to increase the conductive heat
radiating area and improving the conductive reliably; and the surface is tin-plated;
◆ The external pressure spring structure is adopted, and the insulation structure is adopted at two ends of spring,
so as to thoroughly solve the problem that the spring is failed due to the through-current heating of spring;
◆ The new contact and contact finger structure is adopted, and compared with the original structure, the surface
area of contact and contact finger is relatively big; the good heat dissipation capability is provided to eliminate
the influence of skin effect, and meanwhile, the good self-cleaning and wear resistance ability are provided; and
the depth that the contact with such structure is inserted into the contact finger is relatively deep, thus, greatly
improving the conductive reliability;
◆ The fixed flexible coupling through-current is adopted between the wiring base and wiring terminal; and the
insulated shaft sleeve is adopted at the upper and lower ends of wiring terminal, so as to ensure that the through-
current is reliable, and the rotation is flexible. The wiring terminal and outgoing line column are in an integrated
structure, so as to reduce one possible heating point;
2. Solving of corrosion and clamping stagnation of drive part
The working environment of disconnector is the worst in the equipment of power system; therefore, it is especially
important to prevent the drive failure.
◆ The bearing seat with full-sealed structure is adopted, the upper and lower dual sealing is adopted to prevent
the water and dust from eroding the rolling bearing, and the wide-temperature lubricating grease of which the
operating temperature range is +130℃ to -60℃ is sufficiently filled on bearing surface, so as to ensure to have no
lubrication failure in the hot area and cold area.
◆ All transmission shaft pins are made of stainless steel, IGUS engineering plastic bearing imported from Germany
is adopted to substitute the brass bearing in the rotation link, and the stainless steel knuckle bearing is adopted in
the transmission link, thus, effectively avoiding the rust of rotating shaft and ensuring that the product is rotated
flexibly and conveniently for a long time.
3. Surface anti-corrosion treatment
◆ All steel parts are subjected to the hot galvanizing process; and the surface of copper parts is silver-plated or

ZH series open-type combination appliance is an outdoor device combined by disconnector, current transformer
or cable head. It is characterized with the compact and simple structure, easy maintenance and others, and is
applicable to the medium and large power stations, which can reduce the floor area and using space remarkably,

For this product, the static end of the disconnector can be replaced as the instrument transformer by selecting
the disconnector with double columns, horizontal expansion and clamp as the base, or the support of the fixed
contact at one side is replaced as the instrument transformer by taking the disconnector with three columns
and horizontal turnover as the base; meanwhile, the fixed contact of disconnector is arranged at the head of
instrument transformer, to integrate the instrument transformer and the disconnector.
At the same time, in order to realize the flip horizontal of power grid and facilitate the system monitoring and
maintenance before the event and fault analysis after the event, ZH series open-type combination appliance also
can upgrade towards "digitization, fiber and intelligentization through the data signal processing technology, and
becomes the intelligent combination appliance.

Main structure and action principle of product

ZGW8-816(W)/J8000-63-type outdoor EHV DC disconnector with double columns and horizontal expansion is
mainly composed of base, post insulator, operation insulator, main switch, fixed contact, equalizing ring, operating
mechanism and others. The post insulator exists on the base side by side, the operation insulator is arranged in
the middle position of tripod at the moving side, the main switch is arranged in the middle position of nape part
of post insulator at the moving side, the fixed contact of main switch is arranged in the middle position of top of
post insulator at the other side, and the post insulator is in a tripod structure, so as to increase the stability.
When closing, the main shaft of operating mechanism is rotated for 180 ° clockwise, drives the operation
mechanism in the middle of moving side to rotate for 180° clockwise through the vertical connecting rod, drives
the lower tube of main switch to do rotational motion in the vertical plane through the four-bar transmission
mechanism, and meanwhile, drives the upper tube of main switch to do opening motion through the coupling of
upper and lower tubes, so that the whole main switch does forward stretching exercise in the vertical plane, until
that the annular contact finer of moving contact of main switch is fully contacted and closely meshed with the

Main structural characteristics
a. The moving contact and fixed contact are in a full-closed structure, and the main contact is sealed in the protective
cover, so as to effectively prevent the rain and dust from eroding the contact; and the ability of adapting to the severe
environment is strong.
b. The moving contact is in an annular contact finger structure, the contact pressure is produced through the annular
spring at the outer edge of the contact finger, and many meshing points are provided; and the contact finger is directly
in external connection with the conducting tube, which is more reliable compared with the internal connection, thus,
guaranteeing the reliability of through-current. In addition, the moving contact and fixed contact are also equipped with
the tungsten-copper alloy arcing contact respectively, which has the capacity of opening and closing the DC filter.

c. The fixed contact is in a sealing structure, and the tail is designed into an open structure, so as to increase the heat
loss through convection; and in addition, the heat dissipation device can be further added according to the need, so

GW9-type disconnector is composed of base, insulator and conducting part, and opened and closed with the switch-
type structure. Each phase of switch is composed of a pair of conducting blades, the pressure springs are arranged at two
sides of blades, and the contact pressure required by the switch is obtained by adjusting the amount of compression of
spring. GW9-type disconnector is subjected to the opening and closing operation through the insulated hook rod. When
opening, the insulated hook rod firstly pulls the hook plate to drive the card board to rotate around the axis, and the
trench at the bottom of card board is isolated from the limiting plate after the card board is rotated to the limit position;
and at this time, the insulated hook rod continues to pull the hook plate, and the contact switch is rotated integrally and

Product characteristics

Conventionally, the CJTK series electric mechanism is an AC380V/DC220V/
DC110V motor, changing the speed through the two-stage worm and gear
reduction gearbox, and is used for driving the outdoor disconnector and 7 Heater AC220V/50W
earthing switch.
CJTK series electric operating mechanism mainly has three models, i.e. 8 Weight of mechanism CJTKA/85kg；CJTKB/65kg
CJTKA, CJTKB and CJTKC. Each model has two forms, i.e. compound sealing
and double-door sealing. The mechanism can realize the remote control
operation and local operation, and meanwhile, has the two operation
modes, i.e. manual and electric.
In addition, a miniaturized mechanism is provided, and the volume and
weight are reduced to some extent; and the conventional sealing mode is Outline drawing of product

Product characteristics
1. Strong applicability: CJTK electric mechanism can be equipped with 40.5kV, 72.5kV, 126kV, 145kV, 252kV, 363kV,
550kV, 800kV and 1100kV outdoor disconnector and earthing switch.
2. High reliability of CJTK electric mechanism: the limiting device of mechanism can effectively prevent the output
shaft from continuing rotating after the opening and closing are in place, so as to guarantee that the disconnector
(earthing switch) is not damaged; and the interlocking device of the mechanism can meet many interlocking
demand, so as to effectively prevent the misoperation.
3. The mechanism box is made of stainless steel, so that the reliable waterproof and anticorrosion performance is
provided.
4. The top cover of box is in a boss structure, so as to prevent the water, and increase the strength; the oil seal is
adopted by the box and output shaft; and the air sac sealing is adopted by the door, CJTK box with compaction
sealing shall meet the requirement of protection grade for IP55, and the protection grade of miniaturized
mechanism can reach IP54.
5. The mechanism is simple in overall structure, and reasonable in layout, and the parts with the same model
have the interchangeability. The main door and side door of mechanism can be opened, so as to facilitate the
